Besides a user interaction, I don't think you can track those emails unless you use some other tool for that effect. Then you would have a tracking of the emails that were received. Is to use the "Send an email with options" where the option can be "acknowledge" or something similar. I am thinking of a status field (once successfully executed, setting status to 'Email Sent' and when the reply to email comes through, updating again to 'Response Received') Transfer all complex logic to the templates by making a few of them and then fetching the one that fits your needs. You can replace the function to add the information. How to handle more complex logic (the number of inputs will be more than just the singular logic makes things quite simple.How/where to store/retrieve Email Templates (there will be more than 2) such as these (the actual product will be more complex, with formatting and images even).This is a simplified example, of course, but covers the main components.
